T-GCT series high efficiency permanent magnet wet separators are magnetic separation equipment that have been newly developed by Maanshan Tiangong Technology Co., Ltd. in recent years. The T-GCT magnetic separators are new type magnetic separation equipment that have the highest efficiency to separate strongly magnetic minerals and are replacement products of conventional drum magnetic separators.Based on up to date design concept of high grade and high recovery, the T-GCT magnetic separators discard defects in design and manufacturing of conventional drum magnetic separators, adopt rational magnetic separation structure and manufacturing technology. The magnetic separators use high performance materials and have changed magnetic circuit distribution structure of the magnetic system of the conventional drum magnetic separators, forming a gradually changing and smooth magnetic field with magnetic agitating factors. Multifunctional box matching with the T-GCT magnetic separators are designed and in rational flowsheet they may break through conventional magnetic separation concept and gain high grade and high recovery at the same time. T-GCT series high efficiency permanent magnet wet magnetic separators have been used in magnetic separation flowsheet of many concentrators that separate single magnetite in China.
